Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once shipped, standard return conditions apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
